Hi, my name is Brandon Kidd.
Where It Started
Born and raised in Apopka, Florida (which means 'Potato eating place'), the indoor foliage capital of the world. I graduated from Apopka High School in May of 1999 and married my high school sweetheart, Kristic Simmons and stepson Dimitrios Frosinos, on July 17th. In November of 2005, we welcomed our daughter, Tara Michelle, into our happy family.
Where It Went
In May 2001, I started working with Orlando Sentinel Communications as a web designer, producing microsites, splash pages, and online advertising. I thrived in the fast paced, newspaper/sales environment and exceeded every expectation by creating new and innovative ways to advertise. In 2003, I went onto win the company's highest award for outstanding performance: the President's Award.

In June 2004, I accepted a position with Maitland, Florida based Medical Hair Restoration as a web designer. I worked closely with the print artists to develop the new 'chocolate grid' look and feel and implemented a full redesign of their website. I also created online advertising to help drive customers to our site that performed 4-5 times better than any previous campaigns. One campaign was built using technology that would allow us to change our message on-the-fly, per surgery market and offer specials to fill empty surgery spots–this was a huge success and has since been a tool in their marketing efforts.
I joined Longwood, Florida based Cyrus, a medical website design company, on May 2006 as a web designer. The company consisted of me (the designer), Fabio Honigmann (the programmer) and Mike Barber (the owner). For the first 4 months, we built our custom MyCyrus CMS (later becoming WebEdge), testing and tuninng it to make it simple and easy-to-use for medical personnel. We soon hired Travis Repetto, web designer; Eddy Sarita, programmer, and I was promoted to Director of Creative Services. We were able to quickly build custom medical websites and we grew our clients from small physician practices to large scale health systems. Growing by leaps and bounds, we thankfully hired a project manager, Daneel Watson, to help keep everything and everyone running smoothly.
In May 2009, Phoenix, Arizona based McMurry (a marketing communications company) agreed to purchase Cyrus. We packed our bags and headed out west and joined together with their current website development group in their Scottsdale, Arizona office.
